T-Display-S3

New example for LilyGo T-display S3 (ESP32). For the first time I am using this board on breadboard along with ambient light sensor and microphone.

T-Display-S3 Introduction:
The T-Display series has added a new member. It comes with the latest ESP32-S3 and Bluetooth 5.0. The screen has also been expanded from the original 1.14 inches to 1.9 inches, and an acrylic plate has been added to fix it. This will be the second LILYGO model Display with acrylic plate fixed. The overall design continues the design of the T-Display series.
